How do I reset my OptiView password?You can reset your OptiView password using the ‘Forgot Password?’ option on the login page. OptiView sends a secure reset link to your email so you can create a new password.
Why can’t I add an option in OptiView?This error occurs when an option contract lacks sufficient market data, typically because there are no active bid and ask quotes, or bid and ask quotes that are not rationalizable with financial theory. OptiView requires valid pricing data to add and visualize an option.
I spotted an odd looking historical price. What should I do?Historical price data in OptiView may occasionally show discrepancies due to data source inconsistencies or delayed updates. OptiView monitors these issues and investigates reported discrepancies to maintain accurate pricing data.
