How do I delete my OptiView account?

OptiView users can permanently delete their account from the danger zone section in the account settings. Account deletion removes all stored data, cancels any active Plus subscription, and disconnects all linked broker connections. Deletion cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  • Open the account profile settings in OptiView
  • Scroll to the 'Danger Zone' section at the bottom of the settings page
  • Select the account deletion option and confirm the action when prompted
  • OptiView permanently deletes the account and all associated data

What happens after deletion

  • All saved strategies and account data are permanently removed
  • Any active OptiView Plus subscription is cancelled immediately
  • All broker connections linked to the account are disconnected
  • The account cannot be restored — a new account must be created to use OptiView again

Before deleting your account

  • Broker connections are disconnected from OptiView only — brokerage accounts and assets remain unaffected
  • Contact support at [email protected] if an issue may be resolvable without deleting the account
