How do I delete my OptAI chat history?

You can delete individual OptAI conversations directly in the AI chat, or remove your entire history by deleting your OptiView account in Settings. Deleted conversations are removed from OptiView's systems and from its training datasets.

Good to know

  • Stopping use of OptAI does not delete your history by itself
  • Information already incorporated into a trained model cannot be removed from that model
  • Usage metadata such as token counts is kept only as long as needed for cost accounting, reliability and abuse prevention
