Are my OptAI chats used to train AI models?

Third-party AI model providers do not use your OptAI conversations to train their models. OptiView may use conversations to develop and improve its own AI models, after removing direct identifiers such as your name, email address and account ID. You can object to this at any time.

How to opt out

  • Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your OptiView account
  • Within one month, all of your OptAI conversations, including earlier ones, are excluded from future training
  • Information already incorporated into a trained model cannot be removed from that model

What we never do

  • Sell or license your conversations, or datasets derived from them, to third parties
