How do I upgrade, cancel, or manage my OptiView subscription?

OptiView Plus subscriptions are managed through the billing section of the account settings. Users can upgrade to Plus, cancel an active subscription, or access the billing portal to update payment details. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How to manage your subscription

  • Open the account profile settings and navigate to the billing section
  • Select 'Manage Subscription' to open the billing portal
  • Upgrade to Plus, cancel an active plan, or update payment information from the billing portal
  • Changes to the subscription take effect at the end of the current billing period

What happens after cancellation

  • Plus features remain active until the end of the paid billing period
  • At the end of the period, the account reverts to the free plan automatically
  • Saved strategies and account data are retained after cancellation
  • OptiView Plus can be reactivated at any time from the billing settings

Billing and payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • The monthly plan is billed at $20 per billing cycle
  • The annual plan is billed at $100 per year
  • Payment method and billing details can be updated in the Stripe billing portal
